I really enjoyed this class. The instructor, Kathryn Daily was very knowledgeable and helpful. I’d take this course again. Alice Steger was helpful in every way possible. Both she and Amanda Jones answered all of my questions and to help in any way they could. I’ve taken two courses at BAI and it’s one of the best training experiences I’ve ever had. I plan on taking more courses from BAI.
