Linda was an amazing online trainer. I could only imagine how she is in person. She always kept us engaged and was very attentive when it comes to technical difficulties with the adobe software. That would be my only issue is the software. It seems to be pretty buggy at times with the slides and the audio. Thank you for the great information.
NOTE FROM BAI: In January 2021 Adobe pushed out an update to their Adobe Connect software that had some known bugs. Those issues should be fixed in the next update.
